Bloom Takes the Win at Plymouth Speedway

The Hoosier Outlaw Sprint Series made our only appearance of the year at Plymouth Speedway on Saturday night. Mother Nature was finally going to let us get in an event after two consecutive rain outs. Jeff Bloom of Bangor, Michigan received the luck of the draw and started on the front row and never looked back.
One caution flag flew on lap 22 for a spin of Steve Ball in turn three. Then it was 18 green laps to the finish of the 40 lap feature. Geoff Kaiser was 2nd with Eddie Kelley, Jimmy McCune and new track record holder Aaron Pierce rounding out the top five.
Ron Koehler won the first heat, Steve Ball took the second heat, and Jimmy McCune was first in the third heat.
