Butler is Crowned “King of the Wings” at Winchester Speedway

Shane Butler came from the back of the field to capture the crown for the “King of the Wings” at Winchester Speedway. Ryan Litt hit the wall in turn four and came down across the track to take out Jason Blonde and Kevin Feeny. During the red flag, Ryan Myers, Greg Wheeler, Ryan Davis, and Shane Butler made repairs to their cars to get back on the track for the complete restart. Jeff Bloom who was fast qualifier chased down early leader Jimmy McCune. Bloom had to retire from the race for a cut left rear tire and McCune came in shortly after for mechanical problems. The new leader was Mike Ling as Butler was working his way through the field to take the point he was followed by Ling, Hank Lower, Tim Cox, and Brian Lay to round out the top five.
