HOSS Set to Invade Kalamazoo Speedway May 21

The Hoosier Outlaw Sprint Series will lift off its 2005 Championship Tour this Saturday at the 3/8 mile Kalamazoo Speedway. People everywhere are already excited about the series' coming to town and the fifty lap feature will be a special treat for the fans. Be sure to make plans as gates open at 2PM, qualifying at 6PM and Hoosier Outlaw Sprint Series racing action at 7PM. (All Times Local)

Kalamazoo Speedway (www.kalamazoospeedway.com) is a Dodge Weekly Racing Series member speedway and hosts outstanding racing all season long. The speedway keeps an excellent variety of special racing spread throughout the season as well to satisfy the racing sweet tooth of its enormous fan base.

The 2005 HOSS Championship Tour begins in Michigan and will travel through seven states before crowning a Champion at the Lake Erie Speedway in Pennsylvania in October. From Iowa to Pennsylvania, the Hoosier Outlaw Sprint Series brings families and friends together for super fast racing and great fun. Scott Seaton of Cedar Springs, Michigan recently announced his intentions to campaign the black and purple Seaton Racing number 1 on the 2005 HOSS trail. Seaton says "I'm so excited to get back into the action with the HOSS. For the first race to be here in Michigan is a great thrill for me. I've raced hard with these cars in the past, and they are racing harder now than ever before. "

Also in series news, Rose Calabrase of Lansing, Michigan has announced she will award a $100 cash bonus to the fast qualifier at six events in 2005. The award will be on tap at the quarter mile motorbowls of Rockford, IL South Bend, IN and twice at Anderson, IN as well as the Illiana and Mansfield half mile speedways.
